By accessing and using DotOutbound ("the Service") at dotoutbound.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

DotOutbound is a lead detection tool that helps domain investors identify potential buyers for domain names by searching for matching companies on LinkedIn. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of results.

The free tier allows up to 4 batches of 5 domains per day (20 domains total). This limit resets daily at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

Attempts to circumvent usage limits (e.g., using multiple IP addresses, VPNs, or automated scripts) are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent access denial.

You agree to use DotOutbound only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or automate the Service
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Use the Service to harass or spam individuals or companies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

All content, features, and functionality of DotOutbound — including but not limited to the lead detection algorithm, design, text, and graphics — are owned by DotOutbound and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our explicit written permission.

DotOutbound is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation. Results link to publicly available LinkedIn company pages. Use of LinkedIn through our Service is subject to LinkedIn's own Terms of Service.

We use Serper.dev to power our search functionality. Their terms of service also apply to your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Lead detection results are based on publicly available data and may not reflect the current state of any company or their interest in purchasing domain names.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotOutbound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
